What our patients thought about All On 4 Implants

All on 4 implants for full mouth rehabilitation

Getting the feel of having natural and beautiful teeth back at any age is bliss. Losing teeth will not only affect your appearance, but also the overall function of your mouth. It is not possible to take nutrients from food if we lose the ability to chew. Complete dentures play a major role in helping you to regain the full functioning of your mouth and enhance the appearance of our face. Normal complete dentures take support from the underlying bone. Unfortunately, the underlying bone is more likely to rapidly decrease after losing teeth and thereby compromise the retention of dentures. All on 4 implants means placing 4 implants into the jaw to hold the denture stable and prevent rapid loss of bone. These implants help to lock the denture into place. You can happily enjoy eating your favorite food as you did before losing your teeth, without fear of the dentures shifting.

Procedure

All on 4 implants is a two phase treatment. The first phase is the surgical placement of the implants along with a temporary implant denture and the second phase is the creation and placement of the permanent implant dentures. The implant placement is carried out under local anesthetic and you can get back to work in a day. After the implant sites heal, which usually takes about 3 months, the permanent implant denture is made and fastened.

The retention is provided through ball or bar type retainers on which the dentures are interlocked while inserting into the mouth. We have very talented surgeons to make the all-on-4-implant treatment easier, more successful, and safer for you.
